Board handouts tell students to check with their school's guidance program area about local volunteer opportunities. NVO is somewhere current to send them — a free, searchable list of real openings across all 12 Niagara municipalities.

Organizations post their own listings and they expire after 75 days, so what students see is what is actually running right now. No once-a-year PDF to rebuild every September.
Filters that match how students ask
By city, by minimum age, by category. A Grade 9 student in Port Colborne can find something walkable in about a minute.

Organizations flag the listings that fit the Ontario community involvement rules, so students stop guessing whether something qualifies.

How it works

Print the poster
One page, US Letter, with a QR code that opens the listings. Pin it up in the guidance office or by the main doors.

Point students at the site
When someone asks where to find hours, send them to the listings instead of a photocopied list. It is free and there is no account to create.

They filter and apply
Students pick their city and interests, then apply right on the listing. Applications go straight to the organization.

They bring you the signed log
Students track their own hours on our printable sheet and hand it in to you with the official school form.

One page, black and white friendly, with a QR code that drops students straight into the listings. Big enough to read from across the office. Print as many as you like — it's free, and there's nothing to sign up for.
Got a list, a question, or an organization we're missing?
If your school already keeps a list of approved placements, send it over and we'll invite those organizations to post. Same goes for anything else — a correction, a bulk poster request, or a question about how the site works. A real person reads it.
